  I like Virgin for my phone service. But I will always be a Virgin customer as long as Vanessa is working in this store. She is very good at her job.

  Went to upgrade my phone and everything seemed fine. Found out a week later that they decreased my data plan without informing me. I was then charged 50$ for going 2 g over in my plan. When I tried to get this sorted out, they told me that they would not refund this charge and that this was the usual process for phone upgrades. When I tried to get my data plan changed back to what it was before the upgrade, they told me it would cost almost 20$ more a per month than I was paying for this original data plan. Horrible experience. I just wish this information was disclosed when I made my upgrade.

  Kenmar and Oscar were the first two reps from Virgin who actually helped with good advice over past two weeks of issues. Kenmar actually came off his dinner break to return to the store to assist. Customer service at its best. Thank you!!
