My internet went down completely on July 14th, and according to their own system, they won't fix it until July 19th or 20th. Leaving a paying customer without internet for nearly a week due to their own "network equipment" failure is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you need reliable internet for work or home, do not choose Bell.
