My wife and I were at the Bell Store and we were served by Alfredo Recinos. He was very knowledgeable and corrected our situation. The experience was rewarding and would recommend Alfredo to anyone buying Bell products. Thank you Alfredo for a wonderful experience. You are a great representative for Bell.

Beat Bell experience. Matthew was very helpful and gave clear helpful advice. Did not brush me off when asked about plan options and found a loyalty discount that was not readily available on website. No pressured upsales just treated as a valued customer. THANKYOU

Absolutely terrible service. Easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve dealt with. I have a telephone pole on my property that is in such poor condition that I’m concerned it could collapse onto my garage. I’ve called twice, explained the situation, and was told someone would be scheduled to come out. Nobody has shown up. I’ve since spent HOURS on hold, being transferred from one person and department to another, with absolutely nothing getting resolved. Apparently, a potentially dangerous pole falling onto someone’s property isn’t enough to get anyone to actually come out and look at it. To make matters even worse, there are old lines hanging down in my backyard. I was told the lines are dead and no longer being used, so naturally I asked for someone to remove them. Their solution? I was told to CUT THEM DOWN MYSELF. Seriously? A telecommunications company is telling a homeowner to start cutting down old utility lines themselves? The complete lack of urgency, accountability, communication, and basic customer service is unbelievable. Multiple calls, hours wasted, promises that someone would come out, nobody showing up, and dangerous infrastructure still sitting on my property. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.
