  I recently updated 2 phones at BELL in Goderich and the associate that helped me was Andrea. I highly recommend going to that location! She was very professional, patient and clear. She answered all of my questions and made the experience of upgrading my phones, very simple and fast!!

  After hours spent trying to activate new phones that were purchased online, which culminated in the old phone being shut down before the new was activated, Chris - the store manager, was able to solve a minor glitch that should have been corrected before we received the phone. He made what was a very frustrating experience easy. Thank you again Chris
