  I wish I could give 0 stars to this service. I have never seen such an incompetent shipping company. Unfortunately, some businesses still choose to work with them. If I had the choice, I would go with UniUni they are far better than FedEx. I’m extremely disappointed. If you see this review, please provide your delivery drivers with a cellphone. Customers shouldn’t have to wait outside all day just to catch the delivery driver. We have something else to do and we pay you to do your job.

  I just wanted to thank an employee at this location, he was just really awesome. It was a black man, probably in his 30s or 40s. I didn't catch his name obviously...He was so enthusiastic in helping me, figured some stuff out, and went above and beyond. It's nice to see at a shipping business where people could easily become careless or disgruntled. Thanks!

  Delivery drivers are incapable to deliver to my front door. Instead, they toss it onto my front steps, blocking the stairs and left in slush and rain. Or they deliver it to my parking spot in the alleyway, where it's even more easily stolen or damaged. I have asked the delivery drivers to deliver to the front door, they say "If I remember to and if I have time", or they say there's snow. I've shovelled the front snowbank - there's not any more snow than they alleyway parking spot you delivered to. I've complained to management 3 times already, twice to Cody. I'll send a 4th email today, but I suspect nothing will change. I have ZERO issues with Purolator, DHL, Canada Post, Dragonfly, Amazon, etc. Only FedEX seems incapable of finding my front door AND ringing my doorbell. I avoid them at all costs.
