  We have placed an order for 3 gb /s . Waited for 3 days for getting a wifi connection. Technician came and cut the connection of the people in basement and then home owner came told us not to bother others. When we ask him technician told us the connection of basement people was installed under main floor. So he can’t install the wifi we have to book another appointment. We did booked another appointment another technician came on 2 days later and told us there is no port for you to get the connection, we have to get it from the far end house in this street to get you a connection so need to book another appointment.so we decided to cancel the bell service as it seems they don’t have proper customer management or service when we called the customer support they provide an early appointment and want to talk to technician then the technician told her that it can be done on 10 th of june not possible on 9th of june. We called the customer support on 8th and she already told me there is a slot on 9 th but later talking to their technician she told me there is nothing available on 9 th so she can only book for 10th of june. Such a waste of support and due to this i told her i have missed my conference and meeting i can’t wait one more day please make it on 9th she refused to give me appointment and i asked what about your cancellation policy!.. she just said its up to you its your decision thats all she said. Later all these incidents one of my friend came to nearby bell store and booked another offer of service and he mentioned all these things so they first send a team of technicians to check the availability and work needs to done prior to installations they came today and checked under earth and bell box they confirmed there is everything already inbuilt with the house and they don’t know why these technicians said something like this from their end. They mentions no more digging or holes needs to do everything is already here and which they only need to open the modem and just connect it to the bell box and they left. To be honest with this 2 week of suffering from bell we don’t intend to get another service from bell. Also we are planning to move towards rogers or some thing else also we don’t suggest any of our family or friends about bell or its services. Total disappointment from the company and services offered. Strathavon drive , etobicoke is the region.
