  The agent was helpful, but Bell treated me like a criminal every step of the way. Despite having my drivers license and credit card in hand, the “back end” people had to be called and ask me triple authentication. Then, a 40 minute waiting period for security purposes after authentication. All this after bell emailed ME to transfer over from Luckry. DONT ASK PROPLE TO MULTIPLE AUTHENTICATE WHEN YOURE HOLDING THIER DRIVERS LICENSE!

  Great service. Super friendmy and proffesional. Ricky was a pleasure to deal with proffesional and helped me get a new sim card fast and without hassel. The people working at this bell location make it a great experience. Recommed 💯

  Worst help ever. If ur looking for professional helpful service skip this store. Adiel is the least helpful and rude store clerk there. I went in to fix one problem and he just looked at me and said “what do you want me to do?” After being on hold with customer service for over 2 hours and then being sent to the store, only to be told by Adiel to drive to Brampton and try the store there. His solution was to drive to 3 other bells stores to fix my problem. Apparently this man has not seen the price of gas!!!!!!! How is a helpful solution to drive around like an idiot. He was so unhelpful and not friendly at all!!!!!!!!!!
