  Bell has the worst customer service, sent me here for a modem replacement after their internet continuously doesn’t work and location didn’t even have the modem. Would not recommend bell for home internet

  Ricky has been my guy at the Bell Store in Sherway for years now and is the most loyal and genuine team member I have encountered. He really cares about his work and his customers .. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks Ricky ✨✨

They listened to my issue, understood exactly what was needed, and resolved it in less than 5 minutes. It's refreshing to receive such fast and efficient customer service.
