  Muy mal servicio señal mala no funciona el 5 g y te cobran puntual pero all servicio de Mala calida no lo recomiendo para nada

  Was really nervous to switch providers but Tyler made he feel comfortable. He was welcoming, knowledgable, and so very patient. So grateful for people like him!

  Had a problem with multiple phones on our account. Tried to get help on the phone with Virgin, got nowhere. Chris at the Bell Store in the square solved the issues immediately. Awesome employee. Awesome problem solver. Great service.

  I had bell fibe internet. I was not getting the speed I was paying for. Bell CS rep. "You will need to purchase a new router". I didn't think this was fair as I was using the router that they provided for the package I purchased. I decided to cancel. After canceling I paid my last bill in complete, only to get a late payment fee. I had to spend an hour on the phone from one high-pressure tatic rep to the next. They literally made it hell to cancel even though I did everything on my side that I was supposed to da. After pleading with the CS reps and threatening a better business bureau complaint they finally removed the lat fee surcharge. Bell now is the only company that I know who sends people door to door to harrass you at your home. I will never ever deal with this company again .
