Getting a new phone can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many options, but he made the entire process completely smooth and stress free. ​Raj helped me pick out a brand new phone that fit my needs perfectly, without ever making me feel rushed or pushed into something I didn’t want. He took the time to go over the different plan options in detail, making sure I got a rate and package that actually made sense for my budget. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about getting me the best setup rather than just making a quick sale. ​On top of the phone and plan, Raj helped me choose the right accessories to protect and complement my new device. He gave honest recommendations on cases and screen protectors, ensuring everything was installed and ready to go before I walked out the door. His attention to detail and patience throughout the entire transaction was truly top notch. ​What really set the experience apart was just how friendly and easy to talk to Raj was.   I went into the store the other day feeling pretty frustrated because my TV had suddenly stopped working properly out of nowhere. I had tried all the basic troubleshooting steps at home, but nothing was fixing the picture issue, and I was honestly starting to think I’d have to drop a ton of money on a brand new set. ​That’s when I met Raj, and I can’t say enough good things about how he handled everything from start to finish. Right from the moment I walked up to the counter, he greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel like I was in good hands. ​Instead of rushing me through the process or trying to push an expensive replacement on me right away, Raj actually took the time to listen to what was going on. He asked a few smart questions to narrow down what the problem could be, and it was obvious right away that he really knows his stuff when it comes to electronics. ​He walked me through a couple of specific settings and hard reset tricks that I hadn't even thought to try, explaining everything in plain English without making me feel silly for not knowing it already.   Sim at Bell in Vaughan Mills is absolutely exceptional! Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had dealing with cell phones and internet. He was professional, knowledgeable and completely straightforward — no games, no fluff, no runaround. He got me an amazing deal and made everything incredibly easy, from accessing the app to setting up my payments. Best of all, what could have taken hours was completely handled in 45 minutes! Hassle-free, efficient and genuinely great customer service. Bell, you have a superstar in Sim. If you’re at Vaughan Mills, go see him. 10/10 — bloody awesome!

  I recently went into Bell to upgrade my phone and get a new subscription, and I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Raj. From the moment I walked in he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right setup rather than just trying to make a quick sale. ​Going through phone plans and phone options can honestly be pretty tedious, but Raj made the entire process completely painless. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, walked me through the different device options, and helped me find a subscription plan that actually made sense for my monthly usage without any hidden surprises. ​What stood out the most to me was his patience. I had a few questions about transferring my data, coverage details, and plan features, and he answered every single one of them thoroughly without making me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. ​The setup and activation went off without a hitch, and he even helped me get everything transferred over before I walked out of the store. It is rare to get customer service that feels this genuine and stress free when dealing with telecom providers. ​If you are heading into Bell and need an upgrade or a new plan, do yourself a favor and ask for Raj.   I went in tonight with my wife to get assistance as we’re both with bell she lost her iPhone so I bought her a new iPhone 17 pro and she recently got a replacement chip with bell that she put in an old iPhone to use a phone until I bought her a replacement. Once we got the replacement we took the old iPhone with the new one into this bell location. The rep couldn’t figure out how to port the old number to the new iPhone and said it was different because the new iPhones don’t take chips. After like an hour and a half of trying he called tech support who also tried to do it but it wasn’t working. This is ridiculous 3 hours at this store to get my wife’s phone setup which they still couldn’t do. Maybe we need to switch to Rogers as this company can’t port over a phone number from an old phone to a new one without wasting 3 hours of the clients time. My times money also and I do not appreciate it being wasted on incompetence. My kids now going to bed at 1045 pm because they couldn’t figure out how to do the job ridiculous!!!
