  We had a great experience here - we came in with a phone that needed to be unlocked, and Nicole was extremely helpful. She walked us through several different options, how to cancel a phone service, how to change the payments. Overall, a great experience and I was really impressed with how thorough and helpful Nicole was!

  I called support for a connectivity problem. They set up an appointment the following day. NOBODY SHOWED UP! This is a business account and connectivity is vital for our POS. So I called back and was told the appointment was cancelled. They didn't bother to let me know it was cancelled. They just let me wait. So I called back to speak to a Manager and was given a ticket#. They said the manager would call within 2 hours. I never got a call! IF YOU LIVE IN WASAGA BEACH, AVOID BELL CANADA AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
