I called support for a connectivity problem. They set up an appointment the following day. NOBODY SHOWED UP! This is a business account and connectivity is vital for our POS. So I called back and was told the appointment was cancelled. They didn't bother to let me know it was cancelled. They just let me wait. So I called back to speak to a Manager and was given a ticket#. They said the manager would call within 2 hours. I never got a call! IF YOU LIVE IN WASAGA BEACH, AVOID BELL CANADA AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

This store is owner operated and the lady running this store needs an immersive course in customer relations. I tried returning one of their mobile phones only to be told its not their inventory and I need to send it back by mail (after being told by phone that I could return it at a Bell store)!?! Shitty attitude goes along well with all the BS Bell can send your way.

Went to replace my phone yesterday and had a very pleasant experience until after I paid. I requested that I complete the setup, and general configuration myself including screen protector etc. The once pleasant interaction turned sour when I was given a hard time about leaving with everything and in doing so, I would also be saving them time. If you want to set up your stuff exactly the way you want be firm and repeat yourself. Was there for 1 hour 40 minutes and did not expect to be looked at like I was stupid when their only reason for doing so is because "it's part of service" I have requested that service be left out, what's the problem?

About the nicest thing I can say about Bell customer service is that it is better than Rogers, although a can of kidney beans would likely provide better customer service than Rogers. Here's my main takeaway from my most recent Bell experience. The price for a phone upgrade was higher by $30 when I went to the Bell store than it was when I phoned 310-BELL. When I asked the lady at the store why this was so she replied because you're buying at the store, to which I replied that's a Monty Python answer, to which she just stared. I ended up getting my upgrade through Best Buy which was cheaper than the 310 quote by $10. Why can't Bell just be consistent with their pricing for everyone every time? Whenever I communicate with Bell I am always hyper-vigilant about asking exactly the right questions because I know they will not volunteer information that might help me get the best possible deal. I know that's just corporate opportunism, but it's really ugly and one of the details of modern life that adds stress and fosters resentment for millions of people so that thousands of shareholders can benefit financially. It doesn't have to be that way.
