  Popped into the store recently to inquire about replacing a remote for a receiver . The staff helped make that happen . It was being sent to another address , and there was absolutely no problem in making that happen . Professional and kind , in dealing with the replacement and making sure it got to where it needed to go , out of province .

  Unfortunately the worst experience with a mobility service business I've ever received. I went in and was promised a price and service and was told if there are any discrepancies with what I was promised they'd be happy to help. I always confirm prices of services that I sign up for to make sure I know what to look for on my bills. However, once I received my first bill, the bill was way higher than promised- 90$ higher than what I was told to be specific (for a phone bill- you do the math on a monthly difference). There was no appology, no accountability taken from the employee for the false pricing and 'discounts' that were supposed to be applied, or from the manager on behalf of her employee, and sarcastic attitude from the manager of all people instead of one ounce of empathy. Extremely unprofessional. Once they got my signature to switch over, the customer service and understanding was out the window. I personally have experience in retail industries for many years at multiple levels, and I cannot believe that this is how they made a brand new customer feel. I truly hope future new customers see this and think twice about considering this Bell store for sure in particular- save yourself the stress, time on the phone trying to get calls back, and money. As for Bell, I am happy to answer to this complaint with the details of my experience any time. After calling customer service, they themselves admitted that there are customer sales reps that promise things to get the commission and then don't care about helping the customers afterwards. The customer service rep from Bell on the phone apologized and mentioned that what happened to me is unacceptable. All I wish to do is inform others if what happened to me and spare you from it.
