Some information was lost in translation, and my new Sim was deactivated. I went into the Bell store 30 mins before closing. Brady- greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful, from the second I walked in. Even after the store had technically closed, he was super pleasant, and was able to get all my problems solved. I will definitely go into the store for all my future mobility needs!! I really appreciated such great customer service
