  Get your delivery guys to buzz the code or actually knock on the door before they leave a sticky note. A apt building is not an office building there won’t be reception sitting there waiting for them. This happens ALL THE TIME !

  Extremely poor service. They ship only during normal work hours and they will not give you a time range apart from "any time during the day". Shipping to Guelph, if they cannot deliver your package, they send it to a depot in another city. They then charge you $13.00 for the privilege of having it redirected to an address where someone WILL be present. An unbelievably shoddy business model with no regard for their customers.
