  Lovely experience. Helpful, and social staff. She saw I was struggling with the return item so she opened the doors for me.

  I have been using FedEx since the time it was incorporated decades ago. That means almost daily for business and often personal. Drivers have been helpful friendly and very considerate. When I have had to go to the North Service Road depot they are of course busy, but always efficient and helpful. Incredible service made up from great people doing their Best. Thank you.

  Unreliable! Unrealistic window for delivery! Second time waiting all day for a delivery which never materialized. Delivery window was anytime before the end of the day; it’s going on 10pm; no delivery; no email updates. Suggest using a different courier if you have the option.

  Parking lot kinda sucks , as the very large Delivery trucks park and drive thru the same area. Making initial turn into lot tight and crowded. If they're going to allow customer drop off, they should have separate parking lot for just that.
