- GGGary GallantMar 4, 20261.0I went to this store since my phone was purchased at a Cellcom (an agent of Bell) store, and this store is owned by Cellcom (though the branding says Bell). My phone is less than a year old and would not charge. When I bought the phone at a Cellcom (Bell) store, I was told that warranty repairs needed to be done at Cellcom stores. The agent looked in the charging port and told me that there was lint or dust that was disrupting the charging. He could not fix it, and suggested that I try a toothpick or an air compressor. I tried both, and no lint came out. I then went to an independent cell phone repair shop (Mobile Klinik) at the Erin Mills Shopping Centre. It took them less than a minute to tell me that (1) There was no lint or dust, and (2) The problem was with my charging block. And they were correct. Thanks to Mobile Klinic for taking a minute to properly diagnose the problem. I can't recommend this Bell store on Appleby Line. They wasted my time for something that should have taken them one minute to resolve.
