I recently created a comprehensive Bell order with the assistance of store manager, Ishan. His knowledge, patience, professionalism and the time that he spent with me was very helpful. Afterward when the order was mismanaged by others in Bell (outside the store) he was equally as patient and extremely helpful in helping resolve the many issues.

As I was experiencing some issues in setting up the my Bell app, I went to the Bell store in the Burlington Centre Mall. Lee at that location answered all my questions and resolved my setup issues. Today I returned to that Bell store with an error message on my cellphone. Again, Lee assisted me in quickly resolving the issue, demonstrating excellent product knowledge. I commend him for his excellent customer service skills. Thank you.
