- DGdayna gregory3 days ago5.0I went into the store today to switch my personal phone plan over from Telus to Bell (I was already a bell customer for my home wifi) Dylan helped me on the phone before I came into the store, and then did my sign up for me. He went above and beyond, making sure I had every deal possible and made sure they fit my needs. He opened a phone line as well as an Apple Watch plan for me and even went as far as walking over to the Telus store with me to explain what was going on / to ensure I wasn’t surprised with any charges for canceling. It can be so confusing and frustrating having to switch phone providers and Dylan made sure that my experience was the complete opposite of that. Thanks Dylan !!!! My new phone guy

She was extremely professional, confident, and knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. What stood out the most was how patient and attentive she was and she actually listened instead of just trying to make a sale. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers. It’s rare to come across someone this friendly and skilled. Bell is lucky to have her!

He answered all of our questions, showed us all of our options and worked with us with a positive attitude, cheery disposition and patience. We’ve been back a few times for clarifications of a few things and extra help with setting up voice mail and were helped by Dylan immediately in the same friendly manner.
