Dylan had us sit down brought up our plan and immediately before we said anything he said you are paying way too much you need a new plan. Before we left he had set us up with our SIM card a new plan which is costing less than half of the old one and a promise that if we have any problems he would be their to help us. Bell we were prepared to leave you today so you owe Dylan a big thank you for his kind and understanding attitude.I’m sure this isn’t the first time he has saved you from losing a client. Thank you Dylan
