  Had to take care of my Dads affairs before coming into your store and so l was feeling a little low. I walked into your store to take care of a banking issue and it was resolved within minutes. While this was happening l could not get over the positive vibes the staff were giving off. Right away l felt at ease and was brought out of my slump. I am forever thankful for this uplifting experience. You guys rock andthankyou. I feel much better now than l did before coming in!

  Amazing service with Chris @Lyndwn park mall. We had terrible internet and he connected me with customer service who after 20+ calls previously, arranged for a technician and our service has been perfect since. Ty for going the extra mile 😊

  I needed a new phone and looked for the old Virgin site. After locating the new location I was served by Chris. Chris was excellent and spent over an hour ensuring that I was comfortable with my new phone. He was never impatient and made sure I was comfortable before I left
