His attitude made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Bell should seriously work on customer service and employee training. Very disappointed and definitely not the service I expected.

In spite of being quite busy assisting another customer, Ikman took a few seconds off to request me to be seated. When it was my turn, she advised me appropriately and called up customer service and got the connection soon enough. I was able to clarify the doubt regarding my bill, very quickly, thereafter. Wish more Bell store representatives were like Ikman. 👍
