  Ty was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! I spoke with one rep and thought I was left with no options until he advised me and I ended up leaving with a brand new phone. He also saved me soo much money! He’s the best!

  I had James help me figure out a watch for my wife and honestly he was beyond helpful. He made it easy and answered the questions I had. It was very nice and refreshing to have someone help and not make me feel like it was too much or impossible. He was genuinely very kind and I’m glad I was able to have that interaction with him!!!

  I switched my plan from Rogers after James offered me a $35 + tax plan with Bell. I trusted him and let him move me over to Bell. My first interaction with him was positive, he was very helpful and convinced me to switch to Bell by offering the $35+ tax price. After a couple of days, I noticed that my bill was much higher and not what I was promised. I reached out to him and asked him to fix it. When he couldn’t fix it and Bell customer service also had no idea what plan he had offered me, I decided to go back to the store and speak to him in person to try to resolve the issue. Instead of helping me, he tried to rush me out of the store by saying that his manager needed to escalate the issue. When I told him that wasn’t good enough and that I wanted the issue addressed, he became angry and told me to deal with the issue myself. He started raising his voice, getting defensive, and acting very unprofessionally. He got irritated at me for asking him a question and responded ‘cancel and go back to Rogers’. What really upset me is that he knew there was an issue with what he had promised me, but instead of taking responsibility, he tried to make himself the victim by saying he was doing everything he could. Meanwhile, his own colleague told me that there is no plan offered at Bell for the amount I was promised. I feel completely misled and I do not feel that James can be trusted. Customers should be able to trust that the plans being offered to them are actually available, and if there is a mistake, I expect the employee to take responsibility and help resolve it. I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I will be speaking with his manager and I hope Bell looks into what happened and questions why customers are being offered plans that apparently are not available.

  I met with Abhishek completely honest and nice guy - I recommend anyone to visit him in the mall while they are shopping if interested in joining virgin mobile , thank you Abhishek for everything !

  I had a great experience at Bell Bramalea, especially with WAQAR. He helped me switch my carrier smoothly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and helpful attitude.
