  My daughter just sat here for nearly an hour looking to just get a top off card - which should take about 30 seconds, but usually longer since most of the staff is clueless. She was addressed, but not served while people walked in and were served before her. Since it doesn't pay to be polite here clearly by patiently waiting, you absolutely suck Bell and Bell staff, we'll never be back.

  Suella at this Bell office has the patience of Job and the knowledge of Solomon. She is a delight to deal with and goes to great lengths to solve every problem while dealing mostly with puzzled seniors. We found her courteous, calm and helpful.

  I tried to get help because someone was using my address for their phone bill. They totally refused. I dealt with the fraud department several times and the previous tenant was using her old ID and claiming she lived there. The landlord had to make a statement and proved she was no longer there. Terrible way to treat customers.
