  Worst service I've ever received. Waited 3 hours while the old lady was on hold with "customer service ". Meanwhile restaurant owner promising "nice dinner " got priority. I will change my service provider before I ever step foot in the @bracebridge bell ever again.

  Stopped here to deal with a couple of issues with my phone and account. Sadly, the individual behind the counter was less than helpful. She asked if we needed help, when I told her what my associate was there for, she made a sound of disgust and the visit went downhill from there. Upon reaching the counter the store associate quickly became more focused on a commission than meeting my needs. And in regards to my account issues? A phone call to be made at some future date. I can manage these things online on my own, if this is what walking into a bell store results in, then I believe we can simply do without them. I didn't walk into the store just to make a phone call. This was a major waste of time and fuel since we don't even live in town.

  My daughter just sat here for nearly an hour looking to just get a top off card - which should take about 30 seconds, but usually longer since most of the staff is clueless. She was addressed, but not served while people walked in and were served before her. Since it doesn't pay to be polite here clearly by patiently waiting, you absolutely suck Bell and Bell staff, we'll never be back.
