I went in on this past sunday to see about getting a new phone, was first in line when the store opened the gentleman said hello and asked how he could help started telling him what I was looking for and another customer came in and wanted to do a return. The sales associate stopped helping me and went directly over to the other customer, was very rude I left the store he didnt apologize or anything. Would never go back to this location again

My husband and I recently switched to Bell for TV Internet as well. I moved my cell phone back to Bell to give it a shot again.
We wanted to make a few changes on our account how the payment would be made the email it would be under. We went into the store and wouldn’t amazing employee you have in the Bowmanville store. His name was TAMAS.
He was patient, He was courteous, he went above and beyond for us. He gave out outstanding customer service. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen that type of service.
