- AMAla MishchankaJun 21, 20261.0Be aware that this Bell store at 40 McEwan Drive, Bolton is a DEALER location, even though the signage simply says "Bell." I went in to buy a SIM card for a lost phone and was charged $45.20. After calling Bell customer service, I was told I had been overcharged and advised to return to the store. The staff refused to adjust the price, saying they are a dealer and can charge their own fees. When I requested an invoice, I discovered the SIM card itself was only $3, while I had been charged an additional $40 for "Plan Setup Support and Activation." Very disappointing experience, and the staff was rude when I tried to resolve the issue. I recommend contacting Bell directly rather than visiting this location.

I came into the store looking for got upgrade my existing iPhone for my girlfriend and also upgrade my iPhone for myself and rishi and Aayesha coached me through the process of transferring my data, making sure my girlfriend was taken care of and most of all that my new iPhone came with a better price not only because of my loyalty towards Bell, but their personal relationship with me as a customer service ambassador. I recently just dropped by the store for some simple tech support help with my iPhone and they both dropped what their were doing to assist me in making my device not only more efficient, safer, but faster. I highly recommend them as your next step towards a great customer service experience and solution. Thank you, Bradley
