  Great experience at the store. Came in because my email was not working and the staff helped me fix it. Definitely recommend this store for great customer service

  The worst experience i had with them. They put wrong home address even after telling thrice the exact one. I didn't even ask them for crabe but they added by themselves and thirdly they changed the data speed from 1.5 gb to 50mbps which I realised after getting the order confirmation email. I think these service centres should hire trained staff who knows exactly what services are included in which package.

  Never go here. They sell you on these CELLcom/Flexiti third party warranty plans saying that it is a bundle and necessary to get you a better deal on your phone plan but it’s completely false. They charge you double. Call Bell Mobility directly and do your plans with them over the phone. A Bell agent over the phone said that CELLcom has nothing to do with Bell and he actually offered me a better plan than what the store offered. I went back into the store twice to cancel the CELLcom plan. The first time they scribbled numbers on scrap paper showing me how this is the best option and they’re “saving me money”. After calling Bell Mobility directly and being told that it was a lie, I went back into the store to cancel and was told only the manager can do the cancellation and I have to come back a third time. Never go here. Just call Bell Mobility directly.
