It’s really nice to find people who provide such high-quality service and are so friendly and patient. Highly recommend asking for Diego if you visit this location!

  Harsh, the Manager at Virgin, provided exceptional customer service when I accidentally broke my phone. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted and fixed, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate his support and dedication.   I recently went into the Virgin Plus store in the Georgian mall in Barrie to get a new phone, a task I always dread. But we were pleasantly greeted by Diego. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering every question explicitly with a genuine smile. Within a short time, everything had been picked and settled with no qualms. He also assured me that I can call on him for assistance any time. Diego has a lovely professional demeanour. I hope anyone that needs to go into that store gets his care.

  I was at my wits end after my online presence was hacked and it's been a long few weeks restoring our digital footprint. Jai at this Barrie Virgin store was just amazing. He was able to calm me down and restore my confidence in the business and did he ever get to work. A few phone calls later he put me in touch with the right support folks who were able to activate my esim for my online ordered Google Pixel 10. Then he was able to help change my corrupt phone number and I was on Merry way immediately. Warmest thanks for all your help! Peace be the Journey!!

  I had an amazing experience at the Virgin Plus store, all thanks to the store manager, Harsh Shah. I walked into the store feeling frustrated and upset because of the issues I was facing, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. However, Harsh completely changed my perspective from the moment he started helping me. He was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me. Instead of giving me a standard sales pitch, he focused on understanding my needs and finding the best solution. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What impressed me the most was his honesty, product knowledge, and dedication to customer service. He turned what started as a negative experience into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Because of the trust and confidence he built during our conversation, I ended up switching to Bell services, and I'm genuinely happy with my decision. It's rare to find someone who can take an angry, frustrated customer and leave them feeling valued, respected, and completely satisfied. Harsh's professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to helping customers truly set him apart. Virgin Plus is fortunate to have a manager like him representing the brand.
