  This location and all the employees are outstanding. Mikey was so patient with my husband and I. We asked a lot of questions before purchasing our new phones. Diego was also a great team player and together they made our experience a great one. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. THE BEST.

  My boyfriend and I have gone in multiple times, each time to deal with Diego. I was having issues with my phone and Diego fixed it for me. My boyfriend wanted to switch plans because he was getting no where with bell customer service and was getting poor phone plan deals, diego changed all that for him, got him a really good and affordable phone plan and new phone. I told Diego what my grandfather was paying for his phone plan with a different carrier, he was astounded by the price he pays and helped me get him switched over to Virgin with an amazing deal that couldnt be passed up. Diego's customer service is absolutely amazing, 10/10 and he goes above and beyond for all of his customers! If you go to Virgin, I recommend asking for Diego. Go diego go!

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had on Friday June 26/2026 @ 7;00pm at one of your stores which is located in georgian mall. I visited your location seeking help with an issue related to my mobile device, which I purchased through Virgin Plus. Unfortunately, the service I received was FAR below expectations. The representative I interacted with was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. I was repeatedly told that he could not help me. I left feeling upset and degraded. I went around the corner to Wireless Wave and spoke with Vikash and was more than helpful but yet successful in restoring my phone and my confidence. I highly recommend Wireless Wave and Vikash fir all of your phone needs. I expect professional and courteous service when I approach your team for help. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I believe this situation could have been handled with more care and professionalism.

  Just visited the best bell store that I have visited till now. Came in and meet harsh. He is the manager not just he decreased my monthly bill he helped me setup my new watch will always recommend everyone to visit him. Thanks Harsh

  This is my home location for sales phones now. Came in to store and meet manager Harsh who not just helped me with explaining my rogers bill he also set my bell with new phone, watch and Tablet in same price. His team is also knowledgeable and will recommend everyone. Thanks Harsh
