I had a great experience with Manager Harsh. After my phone was stolen, he was very patient and helpful. He helped me clear my current Virgin bill and offered me a great deal on a new phone and plan. Really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and support. God bless you, Harsh! You deserve the recognition. 🙏

I had a really great experience with Harsh, the manager at Georgian Mall. Before going in, I had seen people online saying that I wouldn’t be able to get the deal I was looking for, and honestly, I was given a pretty hard time about it. But Harsh was extremely helpful and took the time to actually work with me. He helped me get the phone I wanted at a really good price and even managed to lower my monthly bill, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. I really appreciate the effort he put in and how he went out of his way to find a solution for me. It was a completely different experience from what I had been told to expect online. Big thanks to Harsh for the great service and for making it happen. I definitely appreciate it!

I had the privilege of working with Jay, Diego, and Mike, and they were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this place 10 times over! These guys really know their stuff. They were fantastic with my kids, took the time to answer every question I had, and still managed to provide outstanding service to other customers who walked in while I was there. Their customer service was truly phenomenal. Thanks again for all your help, guys! I really appreciate it and will definitely be back.

Hello today I just wanna mention about the colleague working at Virgin Plus. His name is Krishna. He is such a gem. He helped me so so nicely that I was so happy with his customer service. I just came in to shut my line but with his help and customer service. He helped me resolve all my problems with Virgin and helped me Upgrade to a new phone as well and gave me the extended warranty with it. Also, he explained me about the Apple Watch and its benefits and I also bought it for my self with the warranty. He is such a nice person. I really appreciate all his help and request the management to give him appreciation for all his work. Thank you ☺️
