  Bhavin is the best. I went to south bell store, sales person said I have to pay $45 for a sim swap. Came to Georgian mall Bell, Bhavin explain the whole situation and helped me with the new sim.

  10/10 Service 😂 Went to Bell today for new phones + internet and there was guy his name was Chain . He was honestly the 🐐. Super helpful, knew his stuff, and somehow made the whole process actually fun . He had us laughing while getting everything sorted out and made sure we understood everything. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Bell, give this man a raise fr 😭👏 10/10 would recommend!

  Don’t even go there waste your time !!!! I would like to move my service from Virgin to Bell mobility I would suggest sir you call because we don’t do the moving of your phone. I was told on the phone that you do?! No no sir we can’t do the moving of your service… The service with Virgin you mean the sub company? You have to buy an NEW phone Okay no I left as that is fraud or pure laziness or both !!!!

  ⭐ 1/5 Terrible experience. The employees didn’t even care enough to listen, let alone actually help. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills. I walked in expecting assistance and walked out feeling like I was being treated like a problem for simply asking for help. If you need anything from Bell, save yourself the frustration and go to a different location. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

  I switched from Virgin to Bell after being told I’d get the fastest internet available. Instead, I was repeatedly upsold—from $80 to $90 to $95/month with a Wi-Fi pod just to get usable service upstairs. I was never clearly told I was entering a 2-year contract with early cancellation fees. To make matters worse, I was told returning my Virgin modem would cancel my service, but it didn’t, and I was billed for internet I wasn’t using. Virgin eventually refunded most of it, but I still lost money because of inconsistent information. If you’re switching, get everything in writing, confirm your contract, and call to cancel your Virgin service yourself. Very disappointing experience with both companies.
