  I wanted to share an experience I had at the Bell Store located at Commerce regarding a recent phone upgrade and return. I was instructed that I could return my old phone to any Bell store. When I visited this location, the manager strongly encouraged me to purchase an AppleCare plan that was not offered directly through Bell. Initially, I agreed because it seemed like a good deal, and he was eager to assist with my phone return and even offered to waive the return fee. However, I later learned that the AppleCare plan had to be financed through a third-party credit company rather than charged to one of my own credit cards. Because of this, I decided to decline the purchase. At that point, the manager returned my phone to me and stated that he could no longer assist with the return. After subsequently speaking with Bell customer service, I was informed that Bell stores are obligated to accept device returns regardless of whether additional products or services are purchased. I found the experience disappointing and felt pressured into purchasing an unrelated product in order to receive assistance with a standard return process. Is this what customer service has turned into?

  Went to upgrade a phone, as online seemed a bit overwhelming. Figured I would go into a Bell store and get it started quickly. Not only did they give me prices that were higher then what was offered on my account. They said that I would have extra fees for buying in store, but if I bought a “care package” from them, that was not a bell or iPhone product, they would wave the fees. I asked to see the product they were offering and all its details. Was then told, I couldn’t see any of that until I signed up, and that it would be on a loan with a credit check, and that only after I applied for that service would I be able to see what it was and also get the other fees waved. Was then told that if I didn’t like those terms, I could then go somewhere else. I feel sorry for whomever falls for these scams, pushing a third party product onto people with no information, with the enticement of saving money. I will never go to this store again, nor will I ever recommend them, and I will also be making a formal complaint to head office.

  Went there to swap a faulty Sim card and was told it will cost me 60 CAD, was advised to drive to newmarket location where it would cost 10 CAD. When I came to the Newmarket location in Upper Canada mall, the technician told me it's FREE and replaced my Sim card with no charge. I was shocked to hear, that as a customer I have to pay anything. Same with Rogers- never paid for swapping Sim card.

  This place is the worst place to be .. Been a customer for quite some time this place never changes regarding time it’s like your watching paint dry. For everyone please just call online please cause you will go crazy it’s brutal
