  I came to purchase a new phone recently and can confidently say I have never had such a positive customer service experience with a person before this. Harsh was incredibly patient, kind without being politician-y, detail-oriented, witty, and made sure to find the best deals and packages for me, while always checking in to make sure I understood everything and that I was content with what I was purchasing. Despite the computer giving him issues, and the process being long because of this, he made the experience of changing phones a pleasure and I would recommend anyone I know to come to Bell and specifically ask for him. EVERY TIME. Period. Talk about going above and beyond. What a lovely human being! Thank you Harsh!

  We had a great experience at Bell. My wife and I were looking for assistance with our phone and home internet. Harsh was a wonderful employee. He was professional and helpful. We were able to get everything worked out with our one appointment. We would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are looking for good customer service.
