  Excellent Service from Alex! I had an excellent experience with Alex from the Bell store in Alliston. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and his customer service was outstanding. I really appreciate the time and effort Alex put into helping me. Highly recommend asking for Alex if you’re looking for great service!

  Harsh was amazing help. I went in with so many Bell problems to fix that I hadn’t been able to get help with for years! He was able to get my accounts sorted, gave me a better plan and in the end I got a phone for less than what I was paying. I did have to wait as he was alone taking care of many customers but it was worth it! Customer care at its best!

  Such a wonderful experience. The employee, Harsh, was wonderful and so helpful. It was a long process but he stuck with me and was able to resolve a long standing issue. High praise for Harsh.
