  A very positive experience! Changing one's phone is always stressful. Fiona (the store manager) is highly capable, incredibly patient, and customer focused. She navigated the complexities of my unique situation and made the entire experience a pleasure. I'm delighted I chose Durham Centre for my Bell Mobility needs and would highly recommend the location, and Fiona, for any related service.

  These 5 stars are for 1 person and 1 person only. I went to the bell store frustrated since I lost my phone and needed urgent help reactivating a temp line until I find a replacement phone. The tech support and customer support were not able to help and asked me to go in store. MEGHAN, who was at the store that day, was absolutely incredible. She not only understood my issue but fought for me with the tech & customer support team on my behalf as if she was the customer impacted. While we didn't resolve the issue, I really appreciated that she stood up for me the way she did! She truly embodied whar great customer service experience should be! In the time of facing a challenge, if someone understands you and fights for you, there's nothing more supportive in that moment! I will forever be thankful to Meghan! Thank you so much!

  Fiona's service is above and beyond of what I expected. She not only was fast and efficient with my new purchases, but she was also able to repair a product link connection issue on my laptop. I highly recommend Fiona at Bell Ajax. She is the best.

  Visited this store with my son today. We were supported by a lovely young lady named Fiona. She provided exceptional customer service. She was so patient and professional. The matter did take a long time to address but she worked with us from begin to end and did it with a smile. Thank you Fiona for supporting my son and I today. I don't think we would have been able to resolve this issue without you.

  Great experience. Megan is amazing. She provided excellent customer service while being professional, courteous and sooo friendly. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs!
