  I came in to get my name changed on my account because it was spelt wrong when the account was made. I came into the store and everyone was very understanding. Megan was awesome she did everything in her power to make sure my issue was fixed and was incredibly thorough and explained everything to me. She even wrote down everything i needed on a piece of paper, i felt so taken care of! Customer service like that is hard to come by these days, what a gem!!! ⭐️

  I had been dreading visiting a Bell Store as I had had so many negative experiences. It turned out I had definitely chosen the correct store! I was helped by Vince who was kind; respectful; patient and extremely knowledgeable! While I was in the store several customers came in with a variety of issues and some very angry and frustrated. I witnessed both Vince and Megan handle all of the issues with respect and patience. Also most importantly, I witnessed all issues being resolved. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone!!!!

  A very positive experience! Changing one's phone is always stressful. Fiona (the store manager) is highly capable, incredibly patient, and customer focused. She navigated the complexities of my unique situation and made the entire experience a pleasure. I'm delighted I chose Durham Centre for my Bell Mobility needs and would highly recommend the location, and Fiona, for any related service.

  These 5 stars are for 1 person and 1 person only. I went to the bell store frustrated since I lost my phone and needed urgent help reactivating a temp line until I find a replacement phone. The tech support and customer support were not able to help and asked me to go in store. MEGHAN, who was at the store that day, was absolutely incredible. She not only understood my issue but fought for me with the tech & customer support team on my behalf as if she was the customer impacted. While we didn't resolve the issue, I really appreciated that she stood up for me the way she did! She truly embodied whar great customer service experience should be! In the time of facing a challenge, if someone understands you and fights for you, there's nothing more supportive in that moment! I will forever be thankful to Meghan! Thank you so much!
