I mail out a lot of packages and have tried a couple other post offices that were more on my errands route, only to be greatly frustrated. It's a very large post office and the staff are all very nice. Usually I self scan and mail, but if there's an important package I will wait in line and I always have a pleasant experience no matter which clerk I get. There are 3 self scan machines, a passport office and lots of PO boxes, as well as a little retail area like to buy cards and fancy packaging. PLENTY of parking, too.

Virtual assistant kept repeating herself, the 2 date I ask for appointment they had none available, then virtual assistant say they had a appointment took to find me an appointment, but instead the assistant went back to repeating herself self of option where to go, hours and if I need passport only, or passport with photos and so on, I think it a waste of post office to process 1 passport. So they make diffuct for me to apply for a passport.
