- MEMonique Essex3 days ago5.0Special thanks to Abel. My mailbox was too full and I had a new mail delivery person who didn’t know how to find my townhome to drop the packages by my door. I went in for two days, but they kept trying to redeliver. I finally went after work and I didn’t make it on time, but Abel recognized me & ran my packages out to me after 5 PM. It was much appreciated.
- KKKory KaiserMar 27, 20263.0I went in here today to ask them about a package that was coming up from San Diego. The man was very rude. He told me it probably wouldn't come till Monday. And now sure enough, I look, it came in there tonight, at 7 o'clock like I figured it would I was going to ask him to hold it there because they can't deliver to my property where I live on Saturday, nobody will be there to accept it. And the man said, I couldn't do that there he was very rude. Anyway, I will go tomorrow morning. When they open and try to retrieve my package. Before it gets on a mail, carrier's vehicle that won't be able to deliver it. When he gets to the address. Very Disappointed in how I was treated today.
- KCKhyla CastilloFeb 20, 20261.0Horrible place for customer service they both seem like the hate there jobs the older man there is really rude also why do they prorate and make u pay for 6 months if you open your PO Box but only give you 3 months back I only had it open for a week and had to cancel it and only got 50$ back after paying 100 last week I wasn’t told that I would only get 3 months back he say if u cancel u will get a return in what u paid so I wasn’t expecting that when the manager came to sigh off I asked her and she walked off with a short response and didn’t say yea sorry that’s just the terms birthing friendly of that nature I see why they have bad reviews the energy in there is depressing .. and the review on customers came up he pressed satisfied I said I like how u push that button he said I was just trying to speed things up well I’m not happy so why did u push that smh so to your ratings aren’t even truthful smh worst experience ever
