  Since they don't have the prices on the boxes I had to wait on line for 15 minutes. Just for to get a over priced for a small box. I refuse to pay 5 dollars especially knowing they have a bunch of used ones they can provide for a small package.

  I stopped into this location to ship home some items I’d accumulated while working away from home for 2 months. One worker was very helpful and the other acted as if assisting me was a waste of her time and a bother. I always use UPS to ship things home when working on the road, because usually they’re friendly and the shipping is efficient. When I’m back in this area for work again, I’ll make sure to do business with a different UPS store.

  Dropping off my returns is so easy! I can also do it without interacting/bothering with the workers lol, since they have a self return area!

  I arrived at the store at 8:00 a.m. to ship several packages, but the store was not open despite posted hours indicating it should be. I waited outside until the store finally opened at 9:00 a.m., which was a significant inconvenience for myself and several other customers who were also waiting. Once inside, I asked to borrow a piece of tape, and one associate kindly allowed me to use some. However, another associate then told me that tape is normally charged for, adding that she would “let it slide this time.” I calmly explained that after waiting outside for an hour due to the store opening late, the least they could do was not make an issue over a small piece of tape. Her response was that they “couldn’t help being locked out of the store,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive. This is not the first time I have arrived at this location during posted business hours only to find it closed. The lack of accountability and failure to honor advertised opening times is extremely frustrating and a waste of customers’ time. I expect a business to be open when it says it will be and to handle unavoidable issues with professionalism and courtesy.
