Then when I go to the FedEx site to place a printing order, the horizontal business card option is just gone. A basic order—gone. And there’s no real way to report it. No email. No actual support. Just a phone number, which makes zero sense for a website issue—because the person you get can’t fix it. How are you offering printing services when people can’t even place an order or report a problem?
