- ABAna BJan 15, 20261.0Extremely unprofessional/ rude staff. Closed early today with no explanation or signage and the woman staff member just kept yelling we’re closed it’s 5. IT WASN’T 5! We came as early as we could but It was 4:54. All we needed to do was drop off, labels were already printed and all. My mom had gone in at 4:54, as well as an older gentleman who had a hard time getting up the steps, both were denied even though the room was open, they had just drawn the curtains. They opened the door to go in and the staff member just kept yelling to them (multiple times) that they’re closed. So after talking to my mom I went in at 457 because I said something isn’t right and she did the same to me. Yelling that it’s closed, that it’s 5 and I couldn’t hear fully but I believe she said speak to a supervisor if I have an issue. Then at the end was being smart saying see you tomorrow. When I said it’s not 5, she continued to lie saying it was and they're closed. So I took a video with the timestamp at 458. In all that time we could’ve dropped off our packages in less than a minute after driving 20-30 minutes to just to get there. All of this could have been prevented had they actually locked the door if they were closed and had signage. As well as had an ounce of customer service. All she had to say was “Sorry we had to close early today”.

Even though there’s a new rule in place that doesn’t allow brand-new phones to be shipped from here to base (which is totally understandable), he handled the situation really well. He made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Really appreciated his professionalism and calm demeanor.

The minute we walked in Amber acknowledged us with an warm friendly smile and asked if we needed any help - oh boy did we! :-) Amber helped us with choosing the right priority ship box, packing tape label.
