I paid to GUARANTEE my packages were delivered on Saturday when I’m actually home to receive them and my packages were held due to a full parcel locker. First off the packages are too big to fit in a parcel locker so they’d have to be delivered to my front door. Secondly, I went to our community mailbox and not one of the parcel lockers is in use!
