- KTK T4 days ago2.0This is the only UPS store I’ve been to locally that actively discourages Amazon returns. I used to come here and it was easy, but now, even when the store is empty they will refer you to their “self serve” Amazon return kiosk. Then when you ask for help they will tell you that you did it wrong and you should read the directions. The employees don’t like interacting with customers and will ignore people, or be rude when having to deal with them. I just want to return the dang package and don’t need to be given a lecture.

Past three times that I tried using it around 6pm( they advertise that they open until 6:30pm) the store has been closed without any notice with employees walking inside and practically ignoring anyone who’s trying to get in. Today I came in to send an urgent package before Christmas around 5:30pm and guess what… CLOSED AGAIN. I’ll make sure to drive additional 5 minutes from now to a different UPS location.

When I asked for a discount, they refused and yelled at me, claiming the box wasn’t damaged. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. Very unprofessional.
