  Dropping off my returns is so easy! I can also do it without interacting/bothering with the workers lol, since they have a self return area!

  I arrived at the store at 8:00 a.m. to ship several packages, but the store was not open despite posted hours indicating it should be. I waited outside until the store finally opened at 9:00 a.m., which was a significant inconvenience for myself and several other customers who were also waiting. Once inside, I asked to borrow a piece of tape, and one associate kindly allowed me to use some. However, another associate then told me that tape is normally charged for, adding that she would “let it slide this time.” I calmly explained that after waiting outside for an hour due to the store opening late, the least they could do was not make an issue over a small piece of tape. Her response was that they “couldn’t help being locked out of the store,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive. This is not the first time I have arrived at this location during posted business hours only to find it closed. The lack of accountability and failure to honor advertised opening times is extremely frustrating and a waste of customers’ time. I expect a business to be open when it says it will be and to handle unavoidable issues with professionalism and courtesy.

  They lost a package I dropped off in this location. UPS can’t help me because there’s no record of it. I suggest you always get a receipt from someone even if you just need to drop it off. I don’t trust this service anymore.

  This is the only UPS store I’ve been to locally that actively discourages Amazon returns. I used to come here and it was easy, but now, even when the store is empty they will refer you to their “self serve” Amazon return kiosk. Then when you ask for help they will tell you that you did it wrong and you should read the directions. The employees don’t like interacting with customers and will ignore people, or be rude when having to deal with them. I just want to return the dang package and don’t need to be given a lecture.

  Ridiculous. This is my local store and I’m unfortunately FORCED to use it. Past three times that I tried using it around 6pm( they advertise that they open until 6:30pm) the store has been closed without any notice with employees walking inside and practically ignoring anyone who’s trying to get in. Today I came in to send an urgent package before Christmas around 5:30pm and guess what… CLOSED AGAIN. I’ll make sure to drive additional 5 minutes from now to a different UPS location.
