Amazon says Staples never activated the serial number of the gift card the sold me. Anyway, after 10 calls to both Amazon and Staples and 2 in person visits to Staples, I’m still robbed $50. Bottom line: don’t buy any gift cards from this location unless you want to buy useless pieces of paper.

I know the store layout and can usually find everything I need, but the staff is eager to help myself or anyone with any questions.
