Waited over 30 minutes in line to scan a QR code to return a package, the male working smelled like trash and he reprinted someone’s photo over 6 times, he could have paused and printed my code/gave me a box and finished with them since he wasn’t grasping what they wanted. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

The printed photos from FedEx office were not accepted by the US passport website. I called FedEx Office and they worked with me to send me digital copies via email. They really took the extra time to help me out.
