Rita and other staff are always friendly and courteous. Sometimes there can be a line if staff are busy with Passport appointments; I usually come back in the afternoon on those days, because there is usually no wait. People who say it is hardly ever open must be trying during the lunch hour - the Oceano Post Office is closed from 12:30 - 1:30; otherwise I have never seen them closed during M-F business hours. And my Mother-in-Law always wants to stop there when she is visiting - says they have an unusual variety of stamps she isn't offered at her local post office.

Don't!!! What they advertise and what they actually do are totally different!!! They threatened me to add funds to my account by drawing money off my method of payment after I opened my account, for a fee, plus I added $25 for any upcoming expenses that were supposed to be covered so many per month, and after I was charged 2 times my money in the reserve went down to $17 and they said they were going to charge my card $20 so I went in and tried to add $10 but they wouldn't settle for anything less than $20 so I added that! Now it's been 6 days since I requested a check and my new debit card be forwarded to me at an address 20 miles away and I've yet to see it! #1 they should've consolidated the 2 different mailings into one but they refused even when I was having trouble trying to figure out how to even request the mail #2 when I spoke to someone (4 different times yesterday) they couldn't provide me with a USPS tracking number and the post office couldn't tell me what that "tracking number" was even for #3 they don't deposit checks as stated…and now I don't even know where the check from the state of California or the debit card for my brand new checking account is and I have to make a trip to get funds that would otherwise be accessible with the card! And they don't know where it is either so I'm off to the Post Office today to get a PO Box and close that iPostal1 account, submit another change of address and hope they refund back the money that they just had to have! There is nothing, no kind of customer support (I've submitted 2 still waiting to hear back) and rude, ignorant people that answer the phones with nothing they can do!!! Don't even consider using them, total scam!
