- GWGeorge WinterSep 10, 20181.0I asked for my mail to be held prior to our moving. We were delayed a week and we continued to get mail in our mailbox. I then returned a few weeks later to pick up our held mail and I was given a stack of mail, most of it belonged to strangers, some to the new tenants, and some was ours but there were several pieces of mail missing, pieces that I had confirmation had been mailed over a week before. When I pointed this out, the employee immediately became arrogant and intolerant, turned his back on me and walked away. I then placed a mail forwarding request and i am still not getting most of my mail and I am getting emails from companies informing me that my mail is being returned to them. I have used USPS mail forwarding several times in my life and I’ve never had this problem. I have to believe that the problem is this particular post office. Tip: if you are incapable of tolerating negative feedback when the evidence is right under your nose (mail for strangers and new tenants handed over to me) get a job where you don’t have to deal with customers, get a personality or, best of all, do your job right.
