Our regular carrier is great. and it's not her on the route this week. A package I've been waiting for hasn't been delivered as I live on the floor ABOVE the building mail boxes. Several tenants have posted a note on the exterior of their box to please deliver to apartment to avoid theft. As the current postal carrier didn't feel it "safe" to do as requested, they have claimed to their system there is no safe delivery location so I have to go to the Post office downtown. It is ridiculous that as a disabled senior I have to go anywhere when the USPS employee was here and delivered my letters but not a small package weighing a few ounces. It is medication for my dog who is suffering without it. The excuse is ridiculous and a complete lie.
