Do NOT get your passport here - they will cancel your appointment and not tell you. My husband and I both took off of work, took our children out of school, drove over and waited in line for our 3pm appointment. We were informed that the appointment had been canceled because the agent decided to leave early and “somebody should have called you.” But nobody called. We were never notified. We wasted HOURS of work time and took our kids out of school, all wasted because someone didn’t feel like doing their job. And when I asked about who I can call to confirm that the appointment is on next time we come, they said I couldn’t call. I just had to make an appointment, wait for weeks, and then show up with everything in order and hope they might feel like seeing me that day. Shameful.

Carla is extremely rude to me, I am as 37 weeks pregnant woman, being treated horrible and discriminated, she shouted and gave me hard time over 40 mins. she gave wrong and confusing guidances, let me write the address on the envelope then on the sheet. The. let me read letter by letter, and keep judge me my handwriting is terrible, actually it is the first time I hear thing like this, usually it goes through mail or shipping, I usually wrote letters very clear. She is super rude and keep argue when there is a big line after me, she is not focus on her job and not focus on typing but kept judge and complain. I asked for I can double confirm the label she print is correct since she kept saying she can’t do her work she can’t read, then she is so defended and shouted back I can’t take it back, and force me get out. I am a pregnant woman can deliver anytime standing there 40mins and this lady kept giving me hard time not move on. And keep giving hard time and say some wierld thing. I will call complaint number for her case as well. Terrible service, terrible staff.
