It was such a joy to watch her work, I didn't mind rejoining the queue when I was done putting my packages together. If every business had a Kwana (I hope I spelled her name right🫣), this world would be a much better place!

The mail man drives over our bushes and organized rocks when dropping off our mail. This is insanely unprofessional and alarming behavior. Have some pride in your work or get a new job. One of the worst post office experiences I’ve had and that is saying something
