  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for quite some time now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Whether I’m handling routine shipping or much more complex printing projects, the quality of work is always top-tier. ​What really sets this location apart is the excellent customer service. It is a family-owned business, and you can truly feel that personal touch the moment you walk in. They are incredibly professional, helpful, and they take the time to ensure every detail of my projects—no matter how technical—is handled perfectly. ​If you’re looking for a reliable partner for your professional or personal needs, this is the place to go.

  Their service is REALLY poor. The older man and lady who run the place are super anxious and started yelling at me. I paid for them to box my package and they had me pay but started helping other people. I asked the man if he could finish helping me and he started raising his voice saying hell give me my money back. I literally said less than 5 words to these people... VERY RUDE. FIND A DIFFERENT STORE, mean people. Update: They responded back below being rude once more. Lets be clear, the older people im referencing is YOU, your lack of understanding & accountability as a business owner does not equal me stereotyping older people… your response & defensiveness says EVERYTHING a customer needs to know about how you treat people and the type of person(s) you are.

  I’m a resident of Oakland and a frequent customer of the UPS Store at 351 Oak Street. I wanted to take a moment to share how truly wonderful the couple who manages this location is. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring people. Walking into that store feels like coming home. They consistently go above and beyond - whether it’s offering a pen and a seat when I needed to fill out a form, or always having a big box of treats ready for my dogs when I bring them in. My dogs adore them, and so do I. Each visit reminds me how special they are. I’ve gotten to know them a little more over time, and I leave every time feeling grateful. I choose to mail things through this location specifically because of them - there’s truly nowhere else I’d rather go. UPS is doing something very right by having them lead this store. They represent your brand beautifully
