I came in with my packages already prepared, with labels attached, only needing to scan and drop them off. The employee who assisted me, with a very bad attitude, told me that I had too many packages and that I “was not supposed” to go to this USPS, without giving any clear explanation. In the end, they took my packages but did not provide me with any drop-off receipt or confirmation. They simply moved on to help the next customer and completely ignored me. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
