This post office is my favorite for mailing flat rate boxes at the self-service kiosk. The machine prints the label and then I put my package in the turnstile window at the counter. Usually no waiting in line. My packages arrive at their destinations very quickly, and the cost is very reasonable. The kiosk also sells flag stamps. Lines can be long for service at the counter but they move quickly. I also like the convenience of this location which is near shops and restaurants.

Warning: Do not go here beyond basic services. It will only bring you massive frustration. The staff are impolite because they’re confused. It’s not their fault that they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s the fault of USPS for not training them well.

This is the second time I’ve come to this post office, and unfortunately, the gray-haired man at the counter has been very rude on both occasions. I always try to be patient and respectful, but his attitude toward customers is unacceptable. Better customer service would be appreciated.

Completely unprofessional and impatient. They bounced me back multiple times for my kid's passport because the picture I brought was not acceptable, then okay, then not acceptable again. Asked to make the photo there, which is supposed to be a site when they offer this service and could not do it. CARLA WHATLEY, you are the most unprofessional operator I have ever seen in my life. You should be fired; unfortunately, you'll probably just heat your seat until your pension there.

They usually have an awful attitude and will only have 1 person working even though there's a whole line of up to 10 people waiting for service. It's hard to communicate with them through the bulletproof glass, but it makes sense given their behavior. Employees aren't always properly trained on USPS rules and cannot be relied on for questions. All that said, we'll still all be going there so clearly service quality doesn't matter.
