This is the second time I’ve come to this post office, and unfortunately, the gray-haired man at the counter has been very rude on both occasions. I always try to be patient and respectful, but his attitude toward customers is unacceptable. Better customer service would be appreciated.

Completely unprofessional and impatient. They bounced me back multiple times for my kid's passport because the picture I brought was not acceptable, then okay, then not acceptable again. Asked to make the photo there, which is supposed to be a site when they offer this service and could not do it. CARLA WHATLEY, you are the most unprofessional operator I have ever seen in my life. You should be fired; unfortunately, you'll probably just heat your seat until your pension there.

They usually have an awful attitude and will only have 1 person working even though there's a whole line of up to 10 people waiting for service. It's hard to communicate with them through the bulletproof glass, but it makes sense given their behavior. Employees aren't always properly trained on USPS rules and cannot be relied on for questions. All that said, we'll still all be going there so clearly service quality doesn't matter.

I made the appointment for a passport service with photo taken. I showed up on time but had to wait for 30 minutes later because the woman hadn’t come back from her lunch. Three weeks later i received an email from the U.S. department of state saying “the image of your face has a shadow on it and the photo you submitted was retouched or digitally altered. Please send a new one”
I called back this piedmont post office, and my wait time is 27 minutes.
What kind of service we’re having nowadays. There should be a no star for the reviewing section.

Today , August 18th from 830am to 900am on a Monday, I went to your U.S.P.S. office to purchase a 20 sheet stamps from the U.S. Marine Corps Collectables alongside with 4 x printed cover letters and 4x digital cover letters, both from the U.S.M.C. Collectables also.
I was refused and denied service. The guy that U.S.P.S. has behind the desk, the clerk, played dumb and silly in an effort to get an easy day and indicated to me that he doesn't know what I'm talking about. Mind you, I brought a written list for him showing the SKU # of the set items. A SKU # is an item number that all trained and qualified U.S.P.S. personnel know how to use in order to look for, locate, and get such and such item.
The belligerent and arrogant lazy clerk refused to do this and look for these items. He believed these numbers were "money orders".
The clerk obviously doesn't speak English as a first language, he had an accent from Ukraine or Russia. Either way, this is a very bad U.S.P.S. office to go to, bad customer service, unwillingness to serve yet they are supposedly here to serve us and help us with our mailing services and needs.
I would like to know now,
WHY was I denied service and WHY did the clerk that opened the post office on this Monday 18th of August 2025, couldn't figure out HIS OWN JOB??
What is the point in hiring people who are condescending to your customers, U.S.P.S.???
