- LXLikita XFeb 4, 20265.0There was a queue, but the lady behind the counter was courteous, friendly, patient, yet very efficient. It was such a joy to watch her work, I didn't mind rejoining the queue when I was done putting my packages together. If every business had a Kwana (I hope I spelled her name right🫣), this world would be a much better place!

The mail man drives over our bushes and organized rocks when dropping off our mail. This is insanely unprofessional and alarming behavior. Have some pride in your work or get a new job. One of the worst post office experiences I’ve had and that is saying something

- AJAtra JonsonOct 8, 20251.0If I could give - 100 rating for this location, the two ladies at this office would mislead customers with what envelope to use for certified mail with receipt, raise their voice if you ask a follow up question. Certified letter with receipt sent Oct 3rd, & was communicated I need to arrive by Oct 6th (office offers), I have created a case on the phone and the package is still showing last status from Oct 6 (no prograss and now it is 8 PM, oct 7 and no movement. Those ladies need to attend training. This office & counters disorganized & same since 2017 when I moved to Montclair village. Very Very frustrating!!! Avoid this office , it needs new employees there . If you need delivery with receipt, you can't depend on this office to deliver that service for you. I have field a complain about this office to coperate office.
