- PHPua Hernandez4 days ago1.0We moved to Salem Oregon recently and went to two different Salem USPS facilities here and it confirms that Oakland has horrible USPS facilities!! They messed up our change of address applications and we haven't gotten our mail in TWO MONTHS!! They're incompetent AND lazy!! USPS would better serve the community if it went to privatization no matter what their union says!! I'd give them a -2 if allowed!!
