I was trying to get a inquiry answered and then i asked if i opted back into verifying a signature required, the person on 11/18/25 at 4pm asked me wait and helped and everyone else in line but you and i waited for 20 minutes while he kept looking at me and helping other. again the request was simple, opt back in needing signature, he also was quick to say no to ever request before letting me finish my sentence. just bad customer service

Clean, nice low lighting, line was quick and best of all Eva was probably the most wonderful agent I have ever encountered at a usps ! I always dread going to any usps bc somehow they’re always a little mean and grumpy but Eva was super sweet, helpful, and there’s just something about her that’ll brighten your day.
