- LLLuxx LaceOct 10, 20255.0requested to have my fiancés medication held while we were in vacation due to thieves stealing from our mailbox every night. We requested it to be delivered when we returned on 10/7. After 3 days and no delivery or update we called the 1800 number to locate the package - they told us it was held at the post office. My fiancé went in and they told him it was not there. I’m not normally a Karen but when I feel my man get anxious & angry it comes out. Micaya was the supervisor but bc they are so underfunded & understaffed she was working the register. I told them it was here and we weren’t leaving until they found it. The laughed but we were so serious. Took them about 30 min and they found it in a bin set to go to Michigan !!! Thank god we waited and thank you to micaya for allocating an employee towards the primary task of locating the package.

It happened several times when I needed to ship something out or drop off a package on Saturday, and the door would be locked, even though their work hours on Saturday hours are 9 am to 1 pm. Just yesterday I came in to drop off a package at 12:15, and they were closed yet again! No note, nothing, just straight up closed, even though it seemed like someone was there. No response to knocking either. And I wasn’t the only one that came to that office location in need of a service at that time too. This is the 3d time I experienced this on a Saturday morning at this 8033 MacArthur Blvd location, one of the only times when a working person can actually go and use the postal service they need! Extremely unreliable and unacceptable!

- AAAEGJul 28, 20252.0Waiting for a package to arrive and have been watching the USPS Tracking all day to make sure there are no delays. Just got an update 1 min after the expected arrival date saying 'No Access to Delivery Location'. The gate is open and I was here the entire time, no one attempted to deliver this package. This kind of unprofessional gaslighting happens far too much by the USPS. It's as if the DMV started delivering packages. ... We should have let the USPS disappear back in 2020 when it was on the brink. Two stars is for the actual mail woman who is friendly and does her job well. It's the management of this local branch and of the USPS itself that needs to evolve or go away for good.
