Staff are often rude, have lost my mail, and today I finally decided to leave a review when I showed up 15 min before they were supposed to close but it was already closed. I could hear people in the back and knocked on the door and rang the bell but they just ignored me. I guess they didn’t want to work until 5 today!

- LLLuxx LaceOct 10, 20255.0requested to have my fiancés medication held while we were in vacation due to thieves stealing from our mailbox every night. We requested it to be delivered when we returned on 10/7. After 3 days and no delivery or update we called the 1800 number to locate the package - they told us it was held at the post office. My fiancé went in and they told him it was not there. I’m not normally a Karen but when I feel my man get anxious & angry it comes out. Micaya was the supervisor but bc they are so underfunded & understaffed she was working the register. I told them it was here and we weren’t leaving until they found it. The laughed but we were so serious. Took them about 30 min and they found it in a bin set to go to Michigan !!! Thank god we waited and thank you to micaya for allocating an employee towards the primary task of locating the package.
