- GCGong CAug 19, 20251.0Worst experience ever. I reserved a passport appointment and came to the appointment on time. Their employees are extremely unprofessional and intentionally misleading. After making up reasons about the photographer having various random issues and having me wait for almost 2 hours. I was furious when they told me the guy canceled! What a waste of time. Never come here for any reason they were not helpful at all.
