After several minutes of being ignored in an empty store, the red-haired female employee greeted me with a gracious “what do you need here” packaged with an eye roll. She goes on to get snippy with me about my phone screen brightness while trying to scan my QR code. Multiple more eye rolls and huffs through this arduous 60 second process. I told her she was rude as I walked out, which sent her off the deep end. I should’ve filmed it. Overall an above average experience at this sad excuse for a store.

Sounds wrong and suspicious since I paid with a credit card. Going to ask my credit card company to decline the charge. Not reliable at all. Go to USPS - the postal service actually gets packages delivered on time and it’s cheaper.
