After several minutes of being ignored in an empty store, the red-haired female employee greeted me with a gracious “what do you need here” packaged with an eye roll. She goes on to get snippy with me about my phone screen brightness while trying to scan my QR code. Multiple more eye rolls and huffs through this arduous 60 second process. I told her she was rude as I walked out, which sent her off the deep end. I should’ve filmed it. Overall an above average experience at this sad excuse for a store.

The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described. A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address! And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!
- KKKenSep 4, 20135.0I sent my daughter to the Franklin St. UPS Store to mail a box with a UPS return label, although I had some trepidation once I'd read some negative reviews here. Her experience was good, particularly since she forgot the preprinted label and had to access her email account with their computer and then print it. Although they charged her a couple of dollars for the computer use and printing, I thought the charge reasonable, especially since the guy there also taped the label to the package and closed and taped the package. He was prompt, and she was out quickly. Since I wasn't there, I can't say that he was warm and friendly, but he certainly was helpful.
